Now the site is layed out better. I love it!! You hit new posts and can see everything. You will get use to it.

It takes some getting used to, but once the personal settings and that are ready most of teh problems will be solvewd. It could use a better colour scheme, but I like the change.

i dont really like it this way... but it still doesnt suck... it can never suck!... all i can do it quick reply... ive said this on about 5 threads now... Post reply freezes me up!

This format allows us to add alot of new features and grow. 1 day maybe this site will be in the top 1,000 of sites.

My only problem is the site is awfully slow now.
Maybe some problems with the indexing of the database???? Or stored procedures??

To be honest, I liked the last upgrade better. For about 2 days I thought it was great, then this and the slowdown. Ohh well, I guess I will get used to it. As they say, good things come to those who wait.

DT, keep up the good work. I'm sure all the problems will work themselves out soon enough.

personally i liked it better when it was just a forum..i have no use for all this other stuff..if i can figuer out a way to just bookmark the forum and hide everything..and go the minimalistic route..ill be ok

I realize people liked just the forums to chat but now you don't have to search the forums for a link with our Web Links, plus the other improvements: Chat Rooms, Live News, Event Calendar, New Cool Forums, etc.

Again let me say you guys are really doing a good job. But I also don't like the way this is indexed. If I want to get Palace info I have to click on 3-5 topics before I can get to the Sosua topic to choose the Palace info which is really annoying.

I would prefer the way it was a few days ago as I cannot quickly find what I want now as opposed to the way it was before. My personal opinion is we have to many things going on at once. on the page. If we cannot speed this site up I hope we step back a bit too just before this tan site upgrade. The lack of speed is driving me nuts.

I agree with the last poitn about how slow it is. The new lay-out is working for me, I'm starting to get used to it now. So potentially I think the site is better now, only for the speed. That is so basic though that for me it tips the scale to the old site being better.

It seems to be faster now and we will become a world class site with in a few years. I want to get to a position where a new hotel, in addition to paying for an ad gives us a free week for free. I mean the entire hotel for free for us.

Jimmy,

Outside of the speed issue which hopefully can be fixed please don't overlook the other HUGE issue. The way the site is layered is VERY bad in alot of guys opinions.

Below is the topics I would need to click on to find this thread. That is way to much.

If the speed is corrected and we go back to the previous way of organizing the sections then I think everyone will be happy to leave everything else as it is. You guys are doing great things if we can adjust a few things I think we will all be happy.
