Everytime I click a link on the site I get what I want, but I also get a pop up window that is blank, except for the message "Sorry, Such a file doesn't exist".

You are right. It is still here. If, rather than closing it, you shrink the pop up, you might not see any more of them so promenently.

Consider yourselves popular, the popup is for a notification of when your profile is viewed by someone.
