The ambience is relaxed, both days I went there I received a great GFE, no rush at all.

Look for an arch that says "PACO", right next to a nail salon and hair stylist.

Going to the airport from Boca Chica when you see the bridge just keep right and you will see a big place with Presidente banners. "Green everywhere"
Entering to that place, at the left you will find another entrance with security person. Thats Paco's.
