I'm back... Heading Back To Green #TurnUpTime
I didn't even check the dates since I'm mobile now but what I find suspect is how the normal price was 134 with no deal just a while ago and now the norm price is 169?? Or 160 each way. Its not a huge difference but slowly the normal price is hiking its way up.
The 129 is only 6 bucks less than what the norm was a few months ago and now its a sale...not feeling that. Also means more true blue points needed to get the free flight.
Jet Blue has 20% off deals today. Here's the info.

If this 20% applies even to the the $389 fares ( $125 x2 plus taxes) which I see in there, then these are some of the LOWEST FARES to POP we have seen in a long long time from here in NY (jfk)..
Yes Im aware of that,

Jetblue is playing games. The price I came up with at the end was a little under 400 but thats what the old prices were before the price increases they put together around the time when the flying taxes went away temporarily. They just never readjusted the prices after hiking them up.
Im sure more deals will be coming soon. So i'll just wait it out and not rush into anything.

They have SDQ and STI for 129. POP is 149. These are based out of flights from JFK, in NY.
I didnt check the dates though which was something Givengo mentioned above, check the dates. But it seems like DEJAVU from what we had earlier this month or late last month...PRETTY MUCH same deal for DR at least.
Enjoy

I wasn't aware that Jet Blue will provide you a credit if the price for your flight drops but thanks to lateforwork I am now. On their website their price guarantee programs says that they will honor the price if it drops on the same day the ticket is purchased, but in fact they will provide you a credit if it drops anytime before departure.
I purchased a ticket a few weeks ago and today the price for the outbound leg dropped and they provided me a credit for the difference. They said if the return price drops below what I paid for that leg they will provide credit for that as well. The credit is based on each individual flight (outbound and inbound) and not on the entire trip so if the outbound price drops by $20 and the inbound rises by $50 they will still give you a credit for the $20, no affecting that inbound flight.
One other thing I noticed. While on the phone with them the price for the outbound flight rose before she logged into her system. I was pissed. I waited 10 minutes, checked again and it had lowered again. Called back and they honored it.
