In Sosua there all have cards with numbers and matching helmets. With in 3 or 4 days if they doi not have one they are illegal. Always note their number.

Good advice, I never noticed the numbers/helmets. BUt, that might just be the thing you forget at night after a good number of presidentes. Now I think of it, you say helmets, do the motoconchos in Sosua have helmets? :?
