12/2011 - Sosua discount rates for ISOCers

Trying to find out where I should announce I'm in ISOC? Where do the corporate rates come in to play, I'm talking restaurants, hotels, cigar bars, chicas, bars, clubs, ,etc...i remember back in the day I had an ISOC card in my wallet...

You forgot one Daddyoo Although he probably couldn't tell you what ISoc is or means Piero at Residence Hotel D'Piero will give free airport transportation on stays of 3 nights or more and $5 off per night on stays of 10 days or more if you mention seeing it on the internet or say you know someone he knows

Bea, just walk in and ask for their rate first, then, after they tell you, ask "and with the ISOC discount?"

For what it's worth, if you ever buy anything in any pharmacy, do the same thing, (but without the ISOC.)

Almost all pharmacies will give you a 10% discount(5% with CC), but you have to ask for it.

Ask for the price, and AFTER they tell you, say, "and how much is it with my discount?"
If you think it's love try not paying in the morning..

took me at least 10 minutes, but nothing too bad. can be a little dicey some expats that lived there have said there were robberies in the past.

Tradewinds and Palms have always been good places to stay.

Re: Sosua discount rates for ISOCers

I wanna stay somewhere safe and right near the strip... Don't wanna do much walking.. I'm goin to relax as u all know... If someone can tell me where I should stay or if there is a hotel owner here that can temporarily book my stay, it will be from Jan20 and on for about a week to 10 days... Shoot me pm's with details, rates, location, and discount... By next week I will confirm for sure... Bonus should hit by Friday this year... I need a small room with nice size bed and air conditioning... Small fridge is a plus and would like it... Talk to me!

Just a crazy thought for another thread -- I wonder who has had the most problems over the years with thefts, robbery, accidents, violence or whatever. Hmmm

Now back to discounts for ISOC. Tell Felipe at Simply Red Restaurant that you want 5 pesos off the Grande Beers because you are on the internet and he will give it to you
Now some people would get 10 but why be greedy.
