Have you asked Blackbeards? I seem to remember they can set you up...

Unfortunatly the fishing on the north side of the island is not very good. The south side is world renoun and is great fishing. It is hit or miss up here and could be a lot of money for a boat ride...........

Expect to pay from $120-$175 per person for a day of fishing. This generally includes the boat ride, the fishing gear, and usually all the beer you drink is included as well. Watch for people quoting in US dollars those are going to be the highest price and potential ripoffs.

Anytime someone quotes prices in US dollars in the DR its time to walk away (except your hotel room of course).
