BTW What do you think of the new Mobile style?

I can't run it on mobile. I still don't have the tool bar. I have to hit back all the way to the lkst of posts. I don't have any of the buttons except the search button on the right, and another one beside it.

    I love that feature.

I think the issue is that it's different. There should be 3 icons in the upper right corner after you login:
Notification Number square or round depending on mobile browser.

This brings you to the "toolbar"

    Search Page

    The new "toolbar"

    • The new Escort Reviews, I can see this as very good thing but who knows. Take a look at the first entry I added.
    • vBulletin has it's own Mobile style now, it's different but works for phones. They also have a tie in for Forum Runner which is an app that costs money for Android and Apple not sure if we will go that way maybe I will run a poll.
    • Blue Senseless is now fluid and takes up the whole screen.

    The Bad

    • The Default Style is gone, Blue Senseless is your only choice. Of course some might consider this "a good".
    • The old Mobile Style is gone (see above). Now I no longer have to wait for the 3rd party author to update it.
    • "What's New?" has changed, now when you click on it you will see the new Activity Stream. I did add "new posts" & "today's posts" to the sub-menu under "What's New?" but it defaults to the Activity Stream, maybe people will like it.
    • The green numbers that were on the forums showing the number of latest threads/posts is currently gone. I have to wait for the update by the author, when updated it will return.
    • "Who Read A Thread" has been reset, it use to be a 3rd party addon, now it's part of vBulletin and there is no way to move the old data over.

    The Ugly
    • The new Sidebar on the Forum Home, at least it's collapsible and will stay collapsed while navigating the site. Depending on your browser it may or may not stay collapsed when you log off or close your browser. Maybe people will keep it open, again who knows.
    • Banner ads are back as soon as I review with Jimmy who our current advertisers are.

Thanks for all the work DT! It's taking a little time for a couple of adjustments, but I love it.

The new mobile version is way better than the previous and I may actually start using it. Good deal!

(maybe a dumb question here, but is there a way to "thank" a post on the mobile version?)

This might take longer looks like I have to manually add the templates to the Mobile style. Maybe by tomorrow.

First of all, great job as always. As usual, the efforts are most appreciated. I have had one issue thus far, don't know if anyone else has experienced it. The use of the function, to view last unread post, in any particular thread, hasn't worked the few times I have tried it out. Always was one of my favorite things, cause often times, I am off the site for a while and want to catch up in a particular thread, that I had been following. It had always been useful to just hit the function for last viewed post, and you catch up right away, as opposed to searching for the last one you read, often times with popular threads there could be pages of unread posts you have to go through, to find where you left off, and then continue in chronological order.

It's can be time consuming, and frustrating.

Surprising. I use the feature constantly and haven't had any issues yet.

Since the update?, as I said it was one of my favorite features as well, but I have tried it twice today, and wasn't deliver to my last read post, just the most recent one. Maybe it's me, and I am doing something wrong, but I did the same things I used to do.

I just tried it in Firefox & IE, the other PC with other browsers is unavailable at the moment, works fine.

    Are you clicking the icon?

Thanks, but the problem seems to have gone away without my doing anything so I assume Don Tomas has adjusted something.

I have a new problem now. Whenever I click on the "quote" button I jump straight to my computer's home page and have to press the back button to get to the other poster's text to quote and comment on (as here). Anyone else finding that effect?

Using IE? If so I noticed the multi-quote issue, looking into it.

Thanks Don Tomas, don't really know what I was doing, but tried it today, a couple of times and as you say it works fine, Thanks again.
