Villa Chessa is a very nice hotel and off the beaten path. About 5min off the strip by car or Moto. Security is very tight. At Night Clemente is there with his shotgun and collects Id's.
During the Day Mario Chessa can be found in the dining area smoking his cigars. Girls know not to fuck with Villa Chessa so there are less likely to be problems there. I can say I have most of my connections from Mario Chessa. He is very important in the Sosua/Puerta Plata area.
They collect Cedulas and do not let the girls leave until you confirm she can leave.
Very nice location, I personally stayed there over 15 times. Price is low and rooms are more than comfortable.
ISOC gets a 5% discount as of now through VP. I will work on bringing it up to 10% pronto.

Its a walk. There are always Motos on the corner due to the casino opening back up. Id say about a 20min walk (I have only done this walk for cardio after the gym)

Nice info Vp. Does Villa Chessa have a weekly rate? Along with the Mary Rose under Rick's management, guys have some nice room options in that part of town providing they don't mind being a bit out of the "inner city" as MikeLodge might refer to it.

I have stayed at Villa Chessa it a nice spot security is top notch Clemente the security guy will also get you anything from the bar if you need it after it is closed

I concur. I've stayed there a few times myself. There was a short period of time that they had girls on site, but it never seemed to get off the ground.
It's a great place to stay if you have transportation.
