It's a nice place No Worries and not far. Speaking of Club Residencial how is six to 9 doing or what was his handle? I like how DR was his base but he continued to travel to other places.

Club Residencial has always been a cool place to stay. Quiet, and you wont exactly be under the microscope 24/7 like in other places.

If you are talking about OnetoSix who stayed at CR for a while, he has been in Thailand for almost a year now.

Re: Sublet, up to 3 months

What's the average monthly elec bill? (I'm assuming that's not included) and does the place have A/C?

Also, I've been told that Club Residencial only allows one female guest per day. Is this correct?

One a day? That cant be right. No place in Sosua could operate if they had that rule in effect. Can someone confirm or deny this.

As far as I know that has always been the rule at CR. Believe it or not there are many places in Sosua that do not rely on the mongers to keep their places busy. The majority of residents at CR are either full time ex-pats or snowbirds who rent out their places when they are not there. I have never stayed there but have visited a few times and this would be high on my list of choices if it fit my budget.

If I want more than one chica I would just go to the cabana.

you can only bring one IN per day, he just doesn't let 'em leave.

by the end of the week he's got an entire haitian harem in there.

There does not seem to be much in the way of supervision in the day, but looks can be deceiving, and the guard at night can be pretty strict.

I have friends that live there and I've assisted by walking a chica in for them....a few times.

Bring her by, stay for a drink, leave without and let their party begin!

    Easy peasy...
When you can think of yesterday without regret and tomorrow without fear, you are near contentment.
Your opinions are not my problem...
