Mad AR may pass law to arrest brothel clients!

Push for law to punish clients of brothels

The initiative also promotes the fight against a range of cyber - crimes that are not punishable under the Penal Code , such as promoting and facilitating prostitution online.

The intention is to reduce the demand for sexual services and avoid cases of exploitation and abduction of women .
    brothels raided
Argentine specialists in the problems of human trafficking drove a bill in Congress to present , to establish penalties and punishments to customers of brothels and , thus, reduce the demand for sexual services and avoid cases of exploitation and abduction of women .

The initiative also promotes the fight against a range of cyber - crimes that are not punishable under the Penal Code , such as promoting and facilitating online prostitution , an activity that has grown by leaps and bounds since it prohibited the publication of classified ads of this item in the newspapers .

Fiscal Unit Assistance Ransom Kidnapping and Trafficking ( UFASE ) - belonging to the Public Prosecutor 's Office , is the organization that is behind the creation of the new regulations.

Attorney Daniel Ichazo , one of the professionals who work hard to develop the project, acknowledged in dialogue with People's Daily that " foreign law is being collected to suit our legal system ."

In this sense , the expert in crime is related to White explained that "must cut demand to attack gangs that hide behind the sex trade ."

" We are convinced that we must punish the person who goes to a brothel and pay for sex. 's The only way to end the vicious cycle. As long as there customers, will remain criminal groups who kidnap and exploit women for profit ," he said Ichazo , who is leading the prosecution Berazategui 1 and , since 2011 to date, more than 230 brothels closed in Quilmes , Florencio Varela , a sector of La Plata and its jurisdiction .

To Ichazo , the result of the experience in Switzerland is encouraging because then implemented a series of penalties for clients of prostitutes who " joined society " .

"In 2010 , the Swiss authorities have implemented this system and it worked perfectly . Obviously have to adapt to our system , so we are analyzing and looking for ways to be able to apply here," he said.

" We're pretty late in legislation for computer networks. The main problem is that the big servers are in the U.S. , so that further complicates the issue. Anyway we are working to present the project as soon as possible ' , said the prosecutor.

Furthermore, Ichazo added that " there are no penalties for the owners of the websites they promote and , often , behind which offer no girls enslaved in brothels that were kidnapped " .

"Until we regulate this aspect , we will still have obstacles to combat trafficking mafias " he said.

Finally , the specialist said that " it is a pity " that have not taken these points into the new Trafficking in Persons Act , which was included the Criminal Code in December following the approval of a reform .

" It passed and was never treated a lot of issues that were in the pipeline ," he said .

Oh, bother. The Swedish plague strikes again, this time in Argentina. And, of course, with the same "noble" (spelled "know-bull") cause in mind, to protect the Innocent Young Flowers from the horror and indignation of trafficking and exploitation.

"Argentine specialists in the problems of human trafficking" - specialists in the art of shame-'splainin, they mean - and a bill to "reduce demand" by punishing the customers of the brothels. Not the dueñas, not the security, the Dread Eeeeevilll Monsters that "buy" the poor darlings - the Mongers.

Because male demand for a little strange snatch - our addiction to "crack" that ain't cocaine - is the True Eeevilll Of Our Time.

One more "victory stroke" for Las Gallitas de Las Malvinas. I didn't leave anything to go back for in Malos Aires, anyways. I just hope this disease doesn't spread across the Rio de la Plata.

IMO, Its all a form of CONTROL Really... has nothing to do with the sex ACT and the paying of money. cuz technically, eventhough taxes are not paid, it still circulates the money to someone perhaps MORE likely to SPEND IT.. so its not that.
Its the control they are looking for, and I for one am worried this shit may go Global.. Like being prosecuted in your home country for example for having sex with a hooker overseas. That right there makes it global.
We all know how successful the war on Drugs has been, right.

This is a war on all men who figured out that they can rent the pussy, and dont have to buy it.
Which gives us way too much control over our lives, and the powers that be dont like that.

This law has an advantage and disadvantage. This could be beneficial for the victim of human trafficking and exploitation. Spread of communicable diseases can be lessen. On the other side is not beneficial for those female which has no other profession rather than being a sex figure, maybe because they are less educated and can't get a decent job. It is the only way for them to earn easy money to support member of their families. Proper regulation and awareness is the key for this law to be beneficial to both parties.

The only parties who will benefit from this law are the self-righteous control freaks who get off on suppressing human nature - whether the "church lady" types who view sex with "righteous" shaming, or the feminazis who strive to pass the kind of man-blaming, suppressive laws that led to "the Swedish model" of punishing men who pay for sex, and branding the women who sell it as "victims" who need "rescuing" ... and the power-hungry officials, from the crooked cops on the streets to the State prosecutors and judges, who stand to profit from enforcing the new laws and having a whole new "criminal class" to harass.

This isn't about "the women, the victims." This is about CONTROL, and POWER.

    We are the dead ...

    Exactly Westy,
Its about the Control, nothing else.. They dont give a shit about rescuing anyone.
If Govts or any of these people in power cared about "victims", real victims , there would be ZERO starving children in this world..
    Start there.

This whole " if it saves one child, or one person" its all worth it.. NO its not, not when our Liberties are being gutted in the process.
And how about when we bomb some of these countries, to get ONE bad guy, how about the many innocents who are killed there ?? their lives dont count ?
    Can you say Hypocrisy.
If ONE life is so important, that the rest of us should give up our Liberties for it , then we are already doomed.
We send our own KIDS to go fight and die, for people we dont even know, and for what ? . why bother ? .
People Die, every day, people become victims, its just a reality .. We cant save them all. Only someone who is seeking control over you will try to convince you that its possible to save them all...Anyone who manipulates your emotions with this shit , look the fuck out.
