I heard a rumor that Ad is considering bringing in a dance director and has been interviewing a candidate

I guess he was presented this video for the interview process.

One selling point is there will be no salida although there was something said about bananas included in the compensation package

Also something about someone with some razor skills to assist

The longer version of the video

I've already paid enough bananas to my "most impressive ride" in Thailand.

Not to mention your banana smoothie at the very hands-on Windmill Agogo.

I spent about half as much time riding the elephant as I did riding the Thai chicas - that is to say, half an hour compared to an hour. It usually takes an old fart like myself, under the influence of Cialis, a long time to pop a nut.

IIRC, the price was 400 baht for the elephant tour, plus I bought a 100-baht bag of bananas and fed my mount and her sister-in-service.

Snoozer ... what 'banana smoothie?' And I don't remember Windmill A Go Go ... can you post proof?

Re: 10/2013 - Ad opens Rancho Tipico

I was there tonight and the difference is amazing. The expansion added about 75% more space with a lot of that being used for a dance floor. I also fell in love twice. The first time with a waitress and she gave me her primas phone number because she said she didn't have a phone. the second time was with a Haitiana I had seen there last week and also walking on the beach. At Rancho she would never dance with a guy, only her amigas.

tonight she was sitting near me and I tried talking to her but discovered she only speaks Kyreol and French. She just arrived but is going back in february for Carnival. Through her amiga I got her to accept an invitation to eat at my place. 20 yo, no kids.

Then there is the waitress that lives with another chica in Montellano. I ran into them on the beach last week. The other chica is flaca and bonita but rarely comes to Sosua. Since I know the waitress I invited her and the other chica to my place for dinner also.

Who has the time for all this pussy? I certainly don't. There are just so many of them.
    Enjoy it while you can.

As others have said the new extension increases the footprint of the place by at least 50%.

I stopped by briefly last night to check it out and the place was packed.

A few observations as he needs to grow the corresponding support infrastructure to best serve the new size.

More wait staff are now required. They cannot tend to their clientele as previous. I waited over 10 minutes last night before being served.

More security is required. One guy is not going to cut it when it kicks off. I've seen a few drunks getting leery in there recently. Irie nearly went all Banjo Deliverance on one guy.

He needs to do something about the Haitiano chulos outside masquerading as motoconchos. I counted 15 last night.

Re: 10/2013 - Ad opens Rancho Tipico

Tgunz and I are still making plans for our tour of the country... I start in STI this time instead of SDQ like last time... A few locations we will definitely hit up are La Vega for carnival, Bonao for at least a long weekend to go to the local clubs and get some non-pros or semi-pros, and definitely his hometown of Mao to check out Agua Azul, maybe the river again, and some down-low bars around town where we can get jumbos for about 110 pesos (not grandes, JUMBOS)... We are up in the air about Sosua, but most likely we will hit ground zero for at least a couple days... If and when we do, we will pass through Ad's spot Rancho Tipico and check out the new hot spot in town... He was very welcoming last time I was there, introduced himself as "asshole" and bought me and the guys a couple shots of mamajuana and 2 orders of those fried balls which we still don't know for sure what they are made from other then amazing goodness! I'm sure part of his hospitality was because I was with Seville and Irie... I had a great time playing the nail in the tree trunk game even if I came in last place... Just hanging with the guys... Oh yeah, I did have a date with me too... lol

Can't wait to get back to DR.. Just when I started getting a little bored with going to Sosua and only venturing outside a couple times, I now love it again doing the tours of different towns and cities... Friday the 13th of Feb. Jason, uhm I mean Beas returns...

One of the things I noticed this past trip was the 'chulo' invasion into the bar as the night got closer to a close. With all the changes recently and this aspect, this is one thing that could get away from him if he doesn't prudently address the situation in my opinion.

Everything else you mentioned has merit and I concur with your assessment.............well, maybe not the whole Deliverance thing, but hey!...............he deserved it, no? (f'ing tourists )

    1. Don't disagree, however it's more quality then quantity that his business really needs.

    2. If RT let's it continue the way it is disorganized now, it's only a matter of time that the police/military will have a nasty solution for Ad. Since very early tonight the police were rounding up motoconchos. The word on the street was they wanted to be shown a cedula/or visa.
