Yes, interested to hear of its effects on the scene
Whats interesting is only the chosen few bars / clubs between Dr. Rosen & Winners Circle have to conform to this rule of blocked view. Imagine they tried doing this say in a city like San Francisco.
I am in Sosua now, Rumba'a has frames up but no windows, El Flow is totally enclosed with windows looks nice from outside. Merengue has sliding windows that are left open and D Latins has tinted glass but the 3 front doors are left open and if you stay in the right position it is comfortable until the massive crowd arrives.

So el toro reopened?? Did the owner get out of jail
So Del Toro reopened, is the club in the back open too?
I know that Gutter meant California, but I just wanted to comment on the drug dealers. Yes, a massive wave of New York City Dominican drug dealers bought up property there and built these enormous houses/mansions in the mid 80's and 90's. However, many didn't make it to retirement.
The Air condition feels real good in El Flow....and they are about to be a much bigger club. The little disco inside is not going to be small anymore. They are currently under construction. Not the place for everybody....
Like I said beforein a prev post El Flow, IMO is the bomb.. I love this place. 80 peso mixed drinks, you get served at the table with courtesy and a smile. . People dancing and having a good time, to real Dominican music.. I did not see that anywhere else on the strip, not even remotely close. Until Classicos reopens , if you dont check this New El Flow out , you are missing a Lot.
...sorry your right...Are you sure that they are open??? they were closed yesterday and I saw no construction going on and the interior was a mess. [U]Are you refering to El Flow maybe?[/
Is classicos back open?
