I was in Sosua last week. I did not notice any difference with the new windows in any place. The businesses also installed new fans to help circulate air.

The police have not been harassing dominican chicas lately. The polulation of chicas is high for a November. More chicas are on the beach during the day and hanging on the sidewalk at night.

Is this the Sosua that is suppose to be on the way out??? Things can change, but I see a monger scene growing. My guess is January will look ike the times before the 2010 crackdown.

I was remarking yesterday, the beach was quite busy and pretty well every tourist was a single guy. I did not see a family but I saw a few older women touring around. If they would get rid of the mongers, there would be nary a tourist on the beach.
