11/2013 - Affordable Hotel in Sosua

Hey guys, I know this question is ask over and over again. I'm plan on going to Sosua first week of December. I want to spend between $40-$50 a night. Any suggestion? A friend suggest 'Disco Night' that price at $35.

I was at D`Piero Hotel. $40 per night but bit far from main strip. I used motoconcho daily (50 peso).

I also booked one week with Rick (Rocky`s Suites). You get some good discount for ISOC members.

If you don't mind being off the strip a little bit (10 min walk to PC), try the Mary Rose. Its one of Ricks properties and is well run.

If you want to stick to this price range, then Seabreeze fits the bill http://www.hotelseabreezesosua.com/ at $40 plus tax single room.

Depends. This is now high season. The hotels close to the strip that are half way decent may be a bit more. $55-$75.

I personally don't like staying close to the strip.

Try Victoria House. Best value for the buck IMO. It is close to everything and every room has an ocean front view.

Question Re: Affordable Hotel in Sosua

I thought Victorian House was not Chica friendly, and also that it was a timeshare. Feedback from anyone that has stayed there is greatly appreciated.

Just stayed there ... very chica friendly.. if more than one at a time you couple dollars for second girl. No time sharing either. El-Rey has been hooking people up. They take any comolaints made through him very serious! It was an extremely nice place. Lots nicer than the sosua bay side
