It is the 2 room unit. I would be open to sharing, as long as the person doesn't sleep walk and knows where the washrooms are.
I got a rate of $69 a night, extra cost for AC. I'd be up for halves or rentals (more chica money). AC would be an extra $15 a day for 3 units, hoping to be able to do without but not going to die trying.
On the site it looks like a slight upgrade from Casa Manana, second choice.
As far as other (fellow) degenerates...... it has a pool....

Seems one chica is my gig too, just happens to be a different one almost each time.
Twilight zone moment last night. Go to RT and the girl I had just been with starts talking to a girl I was with last week while my drink order is taken by a girl I was also with last week. Meanwhile I'm giving money to the the girl I owed from the night before since money was lost somewhere.
And the night got crazier from there.
Anyone who's been here already knows. Those who haven't, get your ass down here!!

2BR penthouse at the Palms:
Pictures are accurate but professional. Place looks a little bit worn in places but still very nice.
Has a lot of little step levels that may have to do with draining since there are a few open to outside areas, not a problem unless you are a little tipsy and forget.
Can't say enough about the upper patio area, favourite part of my trip, visual viagra. If a chica liked the area she was VERY GFE, otherwise was hardcore. Fortunately most girls liked the patio.
Apartment is well enough stocked, didn't lack anything for me.
Only issue for me was noise, constructing a new building behind for the school, 20 feet away.....
Kitchen very nice, full size fridge/freezer and comes with big jug of bottled water, very nice touch. BBQ on deck for those so inclined.
Water was warm enough and plentiful. Pressure was not great but really good for DR. On Demand system.
Lots of storage, more hangers than needed.
Safe in master was small, no biggie for me, brought a pacsafe. Other safe little bigger.
3 bathrooms, 2 with showers in bedrooms, 2 piece upstairs.
Never used the air, plenty of good fans, was cool enough to sleep at nights. 3 units, one in each bedroom and one in living area.
Rarely used living area, tv had normal delancer channels and seats were comfortable.
Overall the apartment was a great value and enjoyable place to stay, timing of construction made impact since I was up late almost every night and tried to sleep in. Building looked almost completed structurally so that issue should finish soon.
Location is good with Super Pola down the hill. Moto's very generally not an issue, never had a problem getting one within a few minutes. Felt safe walking everywhere but I'm still in pretty good shape so not a first choice target. Did not even feel anyone looking though.
Favourite part of the place, hammock on the patio, no explanation needed or offered.
Would I stay there again? Definite yes.
Next trip closer to the strip though, felt a little isolated at time.
Final note: All communication was excellent and no issues with booking or anything. Never had any problems but felt they would be taken care of if any had arisen.
Maid service M/W/F only. All good.
