This condo is up the street on the same side as Hotel Europa and exactly behind the municipality.

Has anyone stayed there or has any information?

I've never stayed there but the apartments that I've seen online didn't look that great. But maybe they've been renovated since then.

My primary concern was to see if falls into a category of not friendly (no visitors) or semi-friendly (no multiple visitors, or no more than 1 visitor at the time) or other limitations (like use of common areas) places.
