    I always use western union when I visit Sosua. They give you the going rate. You just need your passport. Only exchange what you think you will use. I will actually visit Sosua in a few weeks. It been a few since I have been there.

    Trip report is more than just giving back to the board.

    It gives you a journal to go back to and review and remember.

    Before a new trip I go back and take a peek (make sure don't screw it up again. )

    True that. When I'm reporting from downrange, it doesn't leave me time to write a journal for myself.

    (Of course, events might preclude any detailed reporting, but I'm there for the events.)
