Wanted to do an update, but the original thread of this name is closed. Talking to a favorita in Sosua today. She said Ken was in the Sou a couple months ago and spent some time with her. She is a VERY RELIABLE SOURCE, so sounds like Kenny is definitely back in the game. Who knows, he may be visiting this site again soon. How about another of those terrific trip reports Ken? Its been far too long and we would all love to hear your views on the changes in the Sou since you were last on here!

I have talked to Kennelingus occasionally since he made the big announcement a few years ago, that he had decided to forego the mongering lifestyle in favour of a more spiritual path. He told me he has made occassional trips to Sosua and Pto Pta, in order to minister to his former amigas to change their course in life.
Back in the day he and I would talk for an hour each week or so ( he lives fairly close to my home in Canada), about our travels, mongering and of course, ISOC.
I miss his trip reports. I know he used to put a lot of effort into them, sometimes spending a full evening putting together a single post.
I will try to contact him to confirm, or otherwise, if he is back "in the game".

I am still amazed with as many guys that they get into that bar that several of the girls remember me right away when I come back and I am only there a few times a year.
