Is there any way to "ignore" a particular sub-forum?

Some way to turn off notification, so I don't even see "new post" notifications for that forum?

The one I'd like to turn off is, not surprisingly I'm sure, "Political Debates" ....

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary. – H. L. Mencken

The way to ignore a thread is to simply ignore it.

Stop participating and it will go away into the "unread since last visit" pile. I wish it worked that way for poll threads too.

Not to worry Westy, the starch has been taken out of it's shorts. Soon it will be all left to one nitwit posting links that few if any read or care about, much of it fake news nonsense.

Just concentrate on your upcoming Phils trip. Thats what I'm doing with my upcoming DR trip.

Then Ireland after that, then Jamaica after that, then Kenya after that, then........!
