+1 on the noise and location. Not their fault, Rosen is a noisy street.
+1 on Kelsey being good to deal with, had a wonky door in the owners suite and was fixed right away.

Be a few years ago now. Stayed there twice in around 2012. Moved further down PC for a quieter stay.
