    Let's go for a walk

    Hey guys

    Let's go for a walk.

If you stand in front of the Hilton Hotel, then make a right.

A restaurant on your right. I posted a thread about this in the restaurant section.

If you keep walking, you will pass this construction site on your right.

At night, a lot of streetwalkers hang out in front of this club. I do not recommend that you come here. It looks like danger waiting to happen.

This gate (right next to the club) is open late at night. I actually walked here to see the streetwalkers' response. One chica said 500 pesos for a BBBJCIM and we can do it in this area.

I'm not getting a BBBJCIM unless it is indoors and not in an area where God knows what can happen.

    Not worth the risk.

    Keep walking.

An Italian restaurant is on your right. I posted a thread about this in the restaurant section.

Another restaurant on your right. I have never been here before.

You will come to this gas station. I do not recommend that you come here late at night. A lot of streetwalkers hang out here. The chicas look like trouble waiting to happen. I posted this in "Hall of Shame" last year.

A lot of streetwalkers also hang out here late at night. This is located right across the street from the gas station. Whenever a police car drives past here, several of the chicas walk away. lol

The Doll House will be on your right. An over-priced strip club.

This is a cinema located between the Hilton Hotel and Jaragua Hotel. I went here three years ago. Not worth it (e.g. old, dirty, etc) Just go to the cleaner and much newer cinema at the Malecon Center.

Cinema at the Malecon Center = Red Sox, Yankees, Mets

Cinema of the picture below = Royals, Pirates

This is the front entrance of the Jaragua Hotel/Casino. Make a left and enter.

As soon as you make a left, you will see this stand (whatever it is called).

Late at night, you will always find a chica just hanging out here. Now this is where it gets funny.

I say hi to a chica and she says hi to me.

I ask her how much for a BBBJCIM. She tells me how much I usually pay. I ask her to tell me how much. She waits for my response and I wait for her response.

She refuses to answer. Fine. I get up and pretend to walk away. She says 1,000 pesos. I then say 400. She says 800.

I walk away and she says 500. I say okay. I then ask her that we go and do our thing at the public bathroom of the Jaragua Hotel.

She says no, she wants go to a cabana. I'm not paying for a cabana for a simple BJ. She then says that we do it in a taxi. She tells me that I only need to pay the cab driver 200 pesos to borrow his car.

I'm not paying 700. And my rental car is parked at the Hilton Hotel.

So I ask her one final time if we can do our thing at the public bathroom and she says no. So I leave. No big deal. Life goes on. lol

nice pics. i was very disappointed in the Malecon area. at night it's dead, unless it's New Year's eve! you walk up and down the street and there is noting there. same with the Zona Colonial. after all the shops close down the main pedestrian street (where the Hard Rock Cafe is) is dead. nothing but hustlers and mentally ill people laying around. sad.

You are right. Especially in the weekdays (and since they no longer serve alcohol after midnight), it gets pretty quiet.

The casinos are usually packed even after midnight.

The Malecon area is quite busy on a Friday and Saturday night.

But yes, it is not like what it used to be.
