I've been to Juan Dolio a few times. I guess your best bet is to hit on the girls who work inside the AI resorts.
Hit on the girls who host game shows and those who dance during events.
A few months ago, chuckuindy posted a picture of one of the girls who works at an AI resort in Juan Dolio.
The girls who work at the casino's and restaurants in Juan Dolio are a little chubby and ugly.
