Last minute advice

I am going to Juan Dolio soon. I am staying in one of those all-inclusive resorts ( Costa Caribe Coral). I need some help...
1. Can I bring a chica back to my room?
2. If not where can I take them?
3. Where are the best places to find chicas (clubs, bars, beaches)?
4. I know a little spanish, do i relly need more than the basics?
