I can sympathize with gdogg as I also live in a Delta hub, so I drive two hours to save many hundreds of dollars. Screw Delta!!! And they don't go anywhere worth mongering anyway. ( i know they now go to DR..but didn't a short time ago).
Take the shuttle to NYC <$80, and then catch the $250-300 NYC rates.Originally Posted by gdogg

Which shuttle is that? Somebody here recommended me taking Airtran to Ft. Lauderdale, and then flying into Santiago. Sounds doable!Originally Posted by WSJ3
No. i'm at CVG, which is so freakin expensive to fly from... even with the "new" pricing" that Delta has. I leave from Indy, and save muchos pesos whether i'm going to DR or MX.ALways on AA!!!
Yes I consider AirTran a shuttle. Since it only takes about 90 minutes to fly to ATL if that much.Originally Posted by gdogg
I'll probably be using Airtran on my next trip. Santiago is a lot cheaper to get to that POP! I'll suffer the hour cab ride. That's probably where I'll get my sleep for the trip.
Yeah but you are losing time sitting in the cab taking the ride to Sousa.Originally Posted by gdogg

Shut up, man! That's what I was thinking on the last trip, which is why I spent over $800 (and I'm not talking pesos, either!) for it. This time I may able to do two trips for the price of one.Originally Posted by WSJ3

Now that's thinking! Good job, and stay away from WSJ. He's come under the spell of the evil chicas.Originally Posted by Jimmydr
