Those dark-skinned, hard-core looking DR putas remind me of West Side SW's and that's definitely NOT a turn on.

I visited both Passion and Illusion at night. Both wanted 3000 for the whole night (after midnight).

The girls at Passion were prettier and skinnier. I did not like the girls at Illusion.

If you speak Spanish, then good for you. If you do not speak Spanish, then I recommend Passion because there is a bouncer who speaks pretty good English.

I did not find anyone at Illusion who speaks English.

I visited my friend and his wife in Santiago during the day. There is a museum that shows the history of the DR. I'm sorry but I do not remember the name. It was boring. lol

Well santiago is not really a mongering type of place. It's a city with putas and regular chica's. So the key is after a couple trips, to eventually meet some regular chicas. Collect puta phone numbers for down time!
