    Camp David Hotel-Restaurant

    Hey guys

I had a few drinks and dessert at Camp David Hotel-Restaurant.

This place is located in the mountains. So if you plan on going up there in a 20-year-old car, then cross your fingers because the roads are not that good. The roads are also narrow.

This place is around a 10 to 15-minute drive from the Hodelpa Gran Almirante.

The restaurant's address is Carretera Luperonb Km 7 1/2
    Gurabo, Santiago, DR
    Tel: 809-276-6400

This place is a bit pricy. I went with my friend and his wife. We ordered three cakes, a bottle of wine, and the price came out to 1600 pesos. Maybe it was an expensive wine.

But the restaurant is very romantic and the location is also romantic!!! You can see the whole city of Santiago from the restaurant!!!

    Hey Jimmy

    How have you been?

Speaking of the exchange rate, when I arrived in Santo Domingo, the airport gave me a rate of 33.25. This was last week.

I saw the menu of this restaurant and the prices were quite steep. Thank God my friend paid for it!

    Take care.

P.S. This place is a nice area for car sex!!!

Just a couple things about Camp David, man New World you are a negative guy.

The road up the mountain to Camp David is a great road, so is the road linking to it. I don't what way you took but the road to mountain was paved by Hipolito because his girlfriend lived on the street. The road up the mountain is maintained by the Camp David association. Hell the damn road has street lights & real guard rails in the form of cement, not very common in the DR. Also the road is in better shape then most of the Santiago streets. As for being narrow, just got one thing to say, never ever go to Constanza, you would shit your pants getting there.

As for prices, you get what you pay for, the food is some of the best up there, including the USDA steaks, that's right imported beef.

    Hey buddy

The taxi driver also told me that I am a negative guy. After I yelled at both girls at Pasion and Illusion. So you do have a good point. I guess I want everything to be perfect.

Based on what you told me, it looks like my friend took another road. The road was not paved at all. It was dirt and rocks.

But the restaurant was very nice. I liked it very much!

Once you cut through the texaco station you do drive over some unpaved roads briefly. The roads once you start heading uphill and are paved. They were not paved by hipolito because they have been paved for years. I also don't remember seeing any guard rails but the road is not dangerous at all.

I took 2 ladies to camp david for dinner in july and the prices were OK.

The road up the mountain is not the road paved by Hippo. The "guard rails" I speak of are cement blocks, sorry you never noticed them. The road that Hippo paved is the road that is perpendicular to the road to CD. If you go the Texaco way you cross the Hippo road not go down it, it is the paved road you cross right before the uphill climb, just after leaving the dirt roads of the Texaco way.

    claro?

Anything like this close to Sosua. Say less than an hour drive. It would be a nice start to the evening. Rent a driver for 4 hours. That would give me an hour travel both ways and 2 hours dining time. Is Camp David too far?

    Hi there

During my stay in Santo Domingo, I did fuck one bartender from the Jaragua Casino. She has short hair and is around 5'3" tall. She is neither dark nor light. She is in-between.

She speaks ZERO English. But no problemo!

    Re: Camp David Hotel-Restaurant

let me tell you those rooms at campdavid are huge, and there great! for the price. they have king beds and some of these rooms have great big balconies also that give you a great view of the mountain looking down into Santiago. What a great place to be back dooring a chica or two! while looking out over the mountain. Just be careful though not to knock her over the rail, its a LONG FALL!!!! lol
