Trip to BB in Nov. 2007

After reading so much on this great board I have decided to finally go to DR. This will be my first time. I tried to go earlier this year but work was a bitch.

I am ready to book my flights ($370). I am looking at mid week Nov. 5th for just 3 days but it will be nonstop fun I hope. BBs seems to be a great place for a beginner but I hope to find some board members when I am there and maybe head to Sousa. I speak very little Spanish but I hope to learn some key phrases by Nov.

I hope to meet some of you all!!

For my second trip to the DR (after a week in Sosua in late May), I am going to Blackbeards for four nights, September 17-21. On my last trip, I visited Blackbeards for their Bikini Contest and found the place to be very nice. Since this trip is shorter, I thought I'd cut out the hunt factor and just go to Blackbeards. Watch for my report after I return. I'll try to pass on what I learned along with a few photos.

I don't know about that. It sounds like this place also has a jacuzzi. I'll be checking it out on my next trip. I'll let you know how it compares to BB.

Want would you say is the average number of guest there at one time ? And ratio of chica's to guest.

I never took a count, but I would say there is generally about 8-12 girls at any given time (more during the bikini contest).

There are about 18 rooms, but I rarely see more than a dozen guests hanging out (except during special events).
