Need help for La Romana ...

Hey all,

New on this board, but an experienced hobbyist in the USA. I'm a moderator on TER (theeroticreview.com) for the Pornstar and Florida boards, where I have 100 reviews of my mongering activities.

I'll be visiting Casa de Campo in La Romana for a few days later this week. I searched on here for info, and it seems I'm a few days late to get much info from chuckuindy.

Are there opportunities in La Romana? Where are the best places to go for definite success? Can I bring girls back to the resort if I'm staying in a villa?

Any help would be much appreciated!

If this trip is your first to the DR maybe LaRomana is not the place for you. Read the board and if you want help, go where the ISOC members go....you have plenty of info out there, just spend some time reading all the reports, I'm sure you will find what you are looking for.

La Romana is a small town. If you know someone who lives there and can show you around, you will have a good time. If you are on your own, than it is a different story.

I was in La Romana for 4 days in July. I will be posting information about it during this week.

Try Deseo's on the main drag. Chuck said it was the best p4p spot. With only a few days in la romana sticking to p4p is best. There are a bunch of night clubs with girls in la romana. I was in deseo's once and the lineup looked pretty good back then.

Sometimes there are cute resort workers (receptionists,barmaids or casino dealers). They are easy to seduce and to get in bed (say you want to marry them which you won't do of course) but you will have to go outside if you want a night with one of them because they are fired if they are caught with clients in the hotel itself. Deseo is the expensive stripclub/whorehouse. I havent been there in a few years but if you speak spanish you should be fine. Theres a lot of bars with chicas for takeout all over the city.

My old favorite is called Mambo Disco (not sure if its still open). Its in the middle of town up a spiral staircase from a car wash. On the wall inside the car wash it says Mambo Disco and points upstairs.

There were loads of other bars all over town to visit so im sure youll have no problem finding chicas.

Find a chica. Find a cabana . Have a good time!

If you speak even workable spanish youll find TONS of chicas in the main city. Just go outside the tourist areas and youll find them. I stayed in an all inclusive about 20 miles outside LaRomana and right near the resort there was jack shit! If you got in a taxi though and went to the main city of La Romana it was JACKPOT! I'm sure theres PLENTY to be had. Just follow the basic rules and look in the car washes and non tourist bars.

If you don't want to pay top dollar stay out of the strip clubs like El Deseo and Dominican House. They will charge top dollar.

Expect to pay a salida if you take a bartender out of a normal bar or car wash while she is working.

Be sure to exchange some dollars for pesos and use them for payment or you will be overcharged everywhere you go! Stay away from places without prices for drinks , food , and gifts!

In the DR a car wash is a place where you go to get your vehicle clean. There's bars, waitresses, kitchens and pool tables so it's more of a hang out than we associate. Those of us who go there and see this for the 1st time are always amazed at 1st and then after the 2nd trip and the 3rd, 4th, etc..etc...it seems kind of normal.

That was pretty funny... not making fun of you, just letting you know that I got a good laugh out of it.

Don't make it more complicated than it is. A car wash is EXACTLY that... a place you bring your car to in the DR and pay to have it cleaned. It's NOT cleaned by naked or scantily clad chicas, but by people who really wash and dry the car.

Now, where it defers from here in the States is that car washes in the DR are places for locals to hangout. So, you can end up meeting alot of girls at these car washes, provided your Spanish is up to par.

yep look for outside bars and carwashes! All the indoor bars, stripclubs and whorehouses will be overpriced. Learn some spanish and youll be good to go. If you dont know any spanish its gonna be a lot more difficult as youll need a guide or have to visit the strip clubs and whorehouses more than likely.

You could still just wander around and hope to run into a chica who understands enough english to get by but chances will be slim when you leave the tourist areas.

Hey all,

Thought I'd report back on my trip to La Romana. Well, I was only there for 2 nights and I was there with some all around mongering rookies. So I really didn't have the time to truly explore. I was staying at Casa de Campo, and we were quickly informed that it was VERY difficult to bring girls back into the resort. They literally check taxis as they come through the gate. We even asked whether dollars would help, and were informed not.

So we went to a club called Klimax. We sat down for drinks and about 30 girls (ranging from 4's to 9's) surrounded us. Our taxi driver introduced us to the head guy and he explained that for $130 we can have any girl for as long as we wanted in the girl's room (they live there), but take out did not seem to be available. For an extra $30, they have surprisingly nice hotel rooms with Jacuzzis. We tried haggling, but that was going nowhere and we had no time. We picked some girls, paid the $160 and had a great time. Probably expensive for the DR, but from what I was used to, it was a bargain. I had a very hot girl with huge natural tits who treated me like a king for 3 hours. She was begging me to stay the whole night, probably so she could stay in the air conditioned room with hot water. The scariest moment was when she was sitting on top of me and inserted my bare cock inside of her. I quickly pulled out and called her "loco". She tried it a few times before I finally put a cover on. It was very tempting!

The town is generally pretty quiet, at least what we saw.

I definitely need to go back some time to some of the better places for mongering and stay in a more Chica friendly hotel. Like I said, this was for a business conference, so I had no choice in where I was going and Chicas were not the main objective.

thanks for reporting back. it seems you hit a typical whorehouse and yes it was expensive but you were strapped for time and werent prepared so hey call it trip #1 and start from there.

If you had more time you should have had the taxi take you to a few local dominican bars/car washes and just looked around and had a drink.

Sly, thanks for taking the trouble to report. The place you went to obviously caters to the affluent inhabitants of Casa de Campo who, as you say, would compare prices with what they pay in the US. 160 dollars to them is like 160 pesos to me so it would seem affordable. Glad you had a good experience for your money and I hope you get the chance for a more relaxed holiday in the DR some time.
