    Champions (Part II)

    Hey guys

I went to Champion's again to grab a bite.

The same great food, service, and drinks. Its a very nice place to hang out and watch a sporting event on TV (they have several TV screens showing all types of sporting events).

Champions is Ok. The food is decent but having sports on TV can be cool. If the wrong manager is on duty they will be blasting reggaeton which sort of kills the sports bar theme. If the yanks are playing the sox. . .trun up the TV and kill the music!

I live maybe 5 blocks away and eat there maybe once a week etc.

I went here Tuesday night and there were three Puerto Ricans wearing Yankee jerseys. They said that Boston sucks. What a bunch of retards.

The place had the Red Sox/Yankee game on that night.

I ran into an old buddy that works for the phillies in champions a few years back. he was hanging with Jose Lima. They were all gonna go to Jetset and Jose was gonna sing with Los Hermanos Rosario. Jose was packing a 45! This was actually before his last successful comeback. Before he stunk up the joint for the Mets.

They invited me to hang. . . .but adrunk Dominicans with 45s didn't sound too fun!

Jose Lima is a crazy gambler. At the Jaragua Casino, he would have his own private table and gamble 15,000 pesos per hand (Blackjack).

He drives a White Honda Accord coupe to the Jaragua casino.

I once bumped into Ronnie Belliard (Washington Nationals) at Casa Modeles two years ago. I had a chica take a picture of us.
