    Can I Recover a Photo?

HELP! I lost my hard drive.

Is there a way for me to get a copy of the few photos I have stored here without the ISOC logo attached? Thanks

If your hard drive is dead you will have to take it to someone who can "ghost" the drive. In computers there are levels of dead, dead to you does not mean dead to the computer repair man this can cost anywhere from $20-$60.

If it cannot be done by your local computer repair man because of the condition of the hard drive you will have to send it to a company that specializes in the retrieval of lost data from bad hard drives, this can cost anywhere from $500-$2000 depending on the type and amount of data.

Thank you for that thread, you just reminded me that I was due for a back-up. Don't want to lose 1 year of memories...
