Here are some places where streetwalkers hang out.


This is right in front of the Hilton Hotel (front entrance facing the ocean). A lot of streetwalkers hang out here beginning at around 11pm. Most of them look very young and I just did not have a good feeling about them.









So make a right and continue walking…………..






If you are driving, then be aware of the traffic on this road (with rush hour and the construction going on). It sucks!!!








I noticed that this bar is now closed. I do not know why. At night, there are no lights at the bar. But streetwalkers still hang out in front of this place. But they look very young and look like trouble waiting to happen.







There used to be a fence here (at the bar). But now it is covered with bricks.










Okay, so keep walking………..








Keep walking…………….Again, traffic here sucks (especially during rush hour)







You will soon see Vesuvio (Italian restaurant) on your right









Soon, you will see this gas station. A lot of streetwalkers hang out here as well








Streetwalkers also hang out at this corner which is right next to the gas station







Also next to the gas station is a casino. This is a very small place and it sucks. I do not recommend it.

Very good questions. Yes, the streetwalkers look like they are underaged. Which is why I think they are trouble.

Also, I chatted with them and I did not feel comfortable at all (e.g. the way they talk, their actions, etc. just did not seem right).

I would actually avoid all the areas I have mentioned in this thread.

I recently drove by the Malecon by night and in front of the place you have photographied and can confirm that these girls seemed trouble.

I think most of them are on drugs.

I have noticed some very nice but did not want to go alone or only if the payment was left at their co-workers, so I passed.

Thank you for clarifying that. I first had the impression that you were saying that these were viable places to find ladies of the evening.

I would still like to see some pictures of these areas and women at night.

Did anyone notice what's going up next door to the old D'Noche? The condo that going to be 300K apartments?

Where do you think the money is, in a cheap, run down, skanky ginmill, or luxury apartments?

Any apartment on the malecon is gold, whether it's nice or not. If you get a chance, check out an apartment at Malecon center. They've got a nice view, and that's it. Really shoddy construction. I wouldn't wanna be in that building in an earthquate.

In regards to the girls on the malecon, many are in fact, underage, virtually all are thieves, pickpockets and drug users.

Best times during the day 730am to 10am when they are headed to work and 530pm to 8pm when they leave the office......no issues, no skanks...but you do need a lil game in your rap....try a smile and HOLA....if that don't work....TAPE a couple thousand pesos to your forehead.

I have never been turned down, and I dont speak spanish much at all.
My friend got shot down bigtime though a couple times,he aims pretty high , like the lead singer in the band type shit,smokin hot college chicks, The girl at the bank, the girl working the front desk at the Hotel. Guess he likes the challenge,or sometimes he just likes to flirt to watch their reactions, its a pretty fun game in DR,

If you do meet someone you like along this stretch make damn sure she has a cedula, tha national ID card. Make sure it is hers and not someone else's. This street scene is not a good place to play if you don't have the Spanish skills to verify the girl's age.

There is a crack down going on against locals and visitors messing with underage girls. You do not want to see the inside of a Dominican jail.

Most of the girls there ARE low class and it's not a great scene.

The d'Noche club had evolved into an after hours club. It died with the change in closing hours.

Also next to the gas station is a casino. This is a very small place and it sucks. I do not recommend it.

The Casino is in the old Hotel San Geronimo. It's closed and I don't think it has reopened (correct me if I'm wrong Cheeno). The casino in the Hilton is far better.
