    Metro Bus

    Hey guys

From Santiago to Santo Domingo, I took the Metro.

The Caribe Tours bus made a stop in Santiago. I was hungry (and wanted to compare both buses) so I just took the Metro later in the day and toured Santiago.

In the past, I have recommended that you guys take the bus for public transportation--it is safe, convenient, and cheap. But also, you have the opportunity to meet many chicas or non-pros.

As this bus arrived in Santo Domingo, the driver made an illegal U-Turn. So the cop stops him and they argue for around 15 minutes.

The passengers were getting impatient. My Red Sox were advancing to the ALCS so I did not give a shit if there was a delay or not.

A cute girl in front of me tells me in fluent English that there is a delay because the driver made an illegal U-turn.

So I started to chat with her. She lives in New York and visited Korea during this past summer. She spoke a few Korean phrases which was quite impressive. So I got her number and I'll be meeting up with her sometime next week.

So guys, another reason why I recommend taking the bus.

    Re: Metro Bus

    Pros
    • There were no music and movie during the ride to Santo Domingo. So you are able to have a nice nap.
    Cons
    • The bus arrived around 30 minutes late to Santiago. I do not know why there was a delay.

Anyway, I had about half an hour left before getting on the bus.

So I decided to treat myself to some ice cream. There is a Baskin Robbins right across the street from the Metro Bus Station.

I had the two-scoop sundae which cost me 170 pesos. Yes, it is expensive. But I was in the mood for some ice cream. All this fucking made me hungry. lol
