don't know anything about mega man, but i take 100mg of Zinc per day. it's good for other things such as colds.
now taking c with alcohol shouldn't be done, but many people seem to do it. i only need 1 pill. it last 3 days for me.

well, i don't know the answer to that. i usually take a C once i wake up, about an hr. before i eat. then won't really need one for awhile. And believe me, I drink alot.
