I stayed at the Suites in April this year. I think I was in B1 and C1 (second floor and then moved to third floor when I extended my stay). A/C only in bedroom but with terrace door open, kitchen window open and ceiling fan running the living room was very comfortable.
Mini-market across the street as well as Rocky's Restaurant. As CLOSE to the action on Clisante as you can get. Just a few minutes to walk to beach. ATM about a block away (inside the Metro office however it is susceptible to being out of order). Kelsey picked me up at the airport and from the time my flight touched down to the time I was having my first Presidente at Rockys was only 20 minutes!!
I had intended to stay at the Suites for my upcoming Dec/Jan trip but they are booked for the majority of my stay. Good for them! Great to see their business is good.
Sosua Suites is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
i am curious as to if sosua suites has backup power. also, the cable any good?

you only live once, but if you live it right once is enough
I know this is an older thread but I wanted to check and see how the WiFi is at Sosua Suites now? And how's the hot water in the showers? Both were being worked on my last trip and wanted to see how it turned out. Anyone been there lately and have info?
Now they have their own website at www.SosuaSuites.com
Still one of my favorite places to stay when in Sosua.
Here at Sosua Suites now. Kelsey has continued to improve and upgrade at the property. My unit has it's own router. Flatscreens in both living room and bedroom (nice upgrade there). I am in unit D3 and would recommend that unit to anyone here in Sosua.
Yep, that's the trade-off to be at "ground zero" in Sosua...the noise. I have spent many nights at both Sosua Suites and Don Antonio and there are basically street noises 24/7...once the discos quiet down the morning parade of trucks lumber down Dr. Rosen, blowing their horns, etc. That said, I would rather be in that neighborhood than too far from the action.
Rick and Kelsey are BOTH great guys. Very proud to know them both.
