that's a helluva deal. club residencial is a nice place and those condos usually run around $1k/month in high season.
When is it available?
fotos of the place?
you only live once, but if you live it right once is enough
Club Residencial has always been a cool place to stay. Quiet, and you wont exactly be under the microscope 24/7 like in other places.
What's the average monthly elec bill? (I'm assuming that's not included) and does the place have A/C?
Also, I've been told that Club Residencial only allows one female guest per day. Is this correct?
As far as I know that has always been the rule at CR. Believe it or not there are many places in Sosua that do not rely on the mongers to keep their places busy. The majority of residents at CR are either full time ex-pats or snowbirds who rent out their places when they are not there. I have never stayed there but have visited a few times and this would be high on my list of choices if it fit my budget.
If I want more than one chica I would just go to the cabana.

There does not seem to be much in the way of supervision in the day, but looks can be deceiving, and the guard at night can be pretty strict.
I have friends that live there and I've assisted by walking a chica in for them....a few times.
Bring her by, stay for a drink, leave without and let their party begin!
Easy peasy...
When you can think of yesterday without regret and tomorrow without fear, you are near contentment.
Your opinions are not my problem...
