Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.

My group of “ Cowboys” who I was so very fortunate enough to ROLL with included 4 Fluent Cubans ( 2 of which wanted to buy Lapsus on a later trip and time, different topic) , several Boriquas with the NYPD and a Dominican who worked for a General.
SO yeagh, I was not paying RETAIL… ( I have no knowledge, nor can confirm nor deny their actions in partaking in any other activity other than simply drinking in very same establishment , >> as this is in the OPEN forum)
So yeagh, I just assumed everyone else also paid $40 as well..
I had MORE than assistance .. .they practically HELD my hand to make sure I did not fuck up .
But then as I got used to the game and how its played ,I rolled to the Cabanas all by myself , as the Melia would not let the Hookers in , and later the Jaragua followed the same Policy .
One chica did take me to the pharmacy the next AM with the sniffles, so i figure how much could that cost $ 5 ? and I think I bought like $27 of medicine for her Family.. LMAO
A Big Score for her .
I even tried to TIP another one $20 ,cuz she earned it , and at first she refused to take it ..
HAHA ,, different TIMES back then.
I don't think they're to serious about shutting down the casas in SDQ, but rather the big name, in your face ones. I've discovered dozens of small casas located all over SDQ, cheap hole in the wall places, that have probably never have had much if any foreign born customers, and relies on local dominican men.
One time I was driving around SDQ in a taxi at like 2 AM, looking for a chica with my wingman. The taxi is driving in a pretty ghetto neighborhood when we stop outside this random house, because it had Christmas Lights on (mind you this was in October) the taxi tells us this is more likely than not a casa de cita, I asked him how the fuck could that be, and he said it's October, and there is already Christmas decoration on the house, I never heard of something so stupid, well sure enough we go up knock on the door, and are let into a whore house, 1000 pesos a pop lol. The place had maybe 15 - 20 girls, none worth the price of admission so we just left. Makes you think though, how many of those small ass hole in the wall whore houses are there all around SDQ.
Yep they are all over the place, nondescript houses in residential areas. I remember back when I first got to Santo Domingo, going out with prtyr2; he knew all the places... we would get in a taxi and he would give directions and lo and behold, next thing you know we were in a whore house, I never would have found those places by myself, to this day still couldn't find them, but he certainly knew them all. I was amazed.
That guy knew all the places.......
Why should I limit myself to only one woman when I can have as many women as I want?

There are places like that throughout Latin America and the Caribbean Basin. When there were a bunch of us going down, hanging at the Acuarium back then our driver/ security would take us around to the neighborhood clubs deep in the barrios where we may as well have shipped in on the Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria. We'd stroll into these sleepy little hovels 4 or 5 deep and it was like they'd run all over the place waking Putas up and dragging them over.
They'd gather maybe a dozen Chicas and we'd sit and drink grandes and rum and chat and watch Liga Dominicana on the TV but when it came down to negotiating they wouldn't budge off 3,000RD. It was like they'd all gotten fresh out of rip-a-Gringo class and I'm not talking about anybody's superstars either. These girls had eye-boogers and tubi marks across their foreheads like they'd just got rolled out of bed. The Peso was 28:1 back then so we'd often hit a half dozen casas in a night and still end up going down to Ave Independencia.
Back then, the best deals were at the malls, in the markets and in the street. Sweet Mami catch you eyeball fucking her and then make herself obviously available for conversation, then the number and later that evening she's slipping out of a taxi in front of the hotel and if we'd ask, they'd bring friends. Aaahh, to be 50 again....
You don't mean "NY". You mean "The Past". That's a different place entirely.
There was a reason for that....back in those days the tax base was moving out. There were very few homeless because there was more abandoned property than anyone could keep an eye on. The West Side of Manhattan was like a big Dodge City and guys would travel into town from Freehold to Hartford to the upper reaches of Westchester county to satisfy their proclivities without fear of consequence.
Back in those days KFC and OTB were operating at max capacity and the lotto was expanded only partially to expand revenues but mostly to stave off the phenomenon known as mass despair. Anyone who remembers Long Island City in 1970 and saw it again in 1985 knows exactly what I'm talking about. All of our major cities seem to go through these "boom/ bust" cycles and they last a generation. As bad as it looks when it happens to port cities like Boston, NY, Baltimore, Detroit and Chicago it will look 10x as bad when it turns on land-locked Phoenix, Denver, Albuquerque and Las Vegas.
Nowadays there is no place for those hardy souls who weathered the bad times in South Philly, Lower Manhattan and Southeast DC as they are being transformed into strongholds for future Yuppie generations to come and those who survived the bad times are being pushed out to the once lucrative suburbs which have, themselves fallen into disrepair and isolation. Back when I was coming up the kids whose parents moved the families to Port Jefferson, Tarrytown, East Orange and pretty much anywhere on Long Island had "made it". Around the same time my cousins were moving from Detroit to Inkster with its white picket fences, finely manicured lawns and camper trailers at the end of the driveways. Those places would now describe their own ring of Hell in Dante's "Inferno".
As far as the USA is concerned, you have to catch a place near the bottom of the "bust" cycle to bring back that past we're talking about here. I'll make a prediction here. Tomorrow the MGM Casino will open at National Harbor in Southern MD just outside of D.C. as the crown jewel of a 15 year development effort. In another 15 years Pussy will cost less than lunch there.
