Another beautiful day is winding down here on the north coast......although it was a bit humid today. That's about to change though. Strongest category 5 ever recorded in the Atlantic from what I just read.
In about 24 hours we are expected to see the first rains from Irma and by Thursday morning the brunt of whatever punch she has for the north coast should be upon us. The worry now is the northern shift still doesn't appear to be materializing. At this point it's going to hug the coast as she passes. Granted it doesn't appear we'll be in the northeast quadrant, but she is packing a big punch all the way around.
It's going to make for and interesting next few days.
