I got a bad sunburn back in August and stayed in most of the month of September. Its very cold so far in NYC and add in all the snow so I stayed in. It translates to another trip or two in 2011/2012. If you can't go out, you won't spend any money.

In Santiago they are all wearing LONG sleeves right now, even indoors ,. you will stand out like a sore thumb if you have on short sleeves, and definitely do not wear shorts.. LOL
