At the pharmacy between Baileys Restaurant and the beach (about 2 minutes walk) they sell Lapella 4 pills for 200 Pesos it is Ciallis Generic, the small pharmacy between New Garden and the Ice Cream place does not sell this product he might have other but not sure. This will harden your dick for 36 hours the only drawback is it will take longer to cum.

I think the 100's are 100 pesos each. At the pharmacy near La Roca, they sell 50's for 50 pesos each.
