I stay here all the time. Never have any problem. Can bring in as many chicks to the bar and pool area. Only allowed to have two in your room (but sometimes you can sneak more)! 24 hours room service - and they serve drinks all night.
Ask for Alfredo (english is ok) - his brother is a great taxi guy (armed as well - policia:wink: )! Tell him Microsoft (from Miami with Cigars) sent you!
If you are planning on staying there a lot, it is worth joining the Sofitel club, www.sofitel.com (http://www.sofitel.com).
You can get upgrades to the JR suites they are nice.
Great place. No issues and you never get the look from the management (due to your activities). There is usually a small charge for the overnight guest ($15).
