Can anyone tell me if there are liquor stores in Sosua or do i need to rack up on liquor at the airport?

If you like a particular non-dominican brand, you could pick it up cheaper at the duty free at your departure airport. Almost everything is available, but imported booze is more expensive.

If you want to save money buy the stuff you plan on drinking most in Duty Free in the states. Typically some booze is WAY more expensive in Sosua...

Mostly american hard liquor will be best bought in the states in Duty Free.
