Lahore, Apr 18 : After being snubbed by Cricket Australia (CA), and Indian and Sri Lankan cricket boards which cancelled their tours to Pakistan citing security reasons, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) received another jolt last evening when the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) declined an offer to play an ODI series, saying it was preoccupied with the game.
