The Organization of American States (OAS) Electoral Observers Mission will meet with Assistant Secretary General Albert R. Ramdin and OAS Representative Bertha Santoscoy at 10:00am today. Diario Libre reports that US Ambassador Hans Hertell and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Director Elena Brineman will be present, among others.
