[DR1] Subero favors justice reform

Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) president Jorge Subero Isa favors a second wave of justice reform, saying it should be more than just structural and should also include changes in legislation. Diario Libre reports that Subero made these comments during the book launch for "The Criminal Procedures Code by a Judge in office", written by Santo Domingo Court of Appeals Judge Francisco Ortega Polanco. According to Subero, he has been engaged in discussions with USAID officials about further reform of the justice system.
