The Pan-American Development Foundation will present President Leonel Fernandez with the 2006 Inter-American Leadership Award at the Hilton Hotel this evening. The PADF's Board of Directors will be present, including Mr. Albert R. Ramdin, Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) and Honorary Vice President of the Foundation.
