Has anyone stayed at these apartments? I'm thinking about booking a room for my 12 day trip in June. $300/wk seems like a really nice price based on the pictures. I sent them an email and they want to be paid in advance, which I don't really like. I asked them what their refund policy was, so I'm waiting to hear back.
