Anyone know of a website / airline with good prices for a quick return flight from POP to cuba (say 2 or 3 days)?

Cubana Air is the only airline with flights between DR/Cuba. (outside of private or other island jumpers where you connect through the Turks)

CU flies from Santo Domingo to Santiago de Cuba or Havana. You can check prices and specials at the site below.
