Tattoes on the chicas

I had a girl on my last trip that had a boat anchor tattoe on her ankle.I saw that on another chica I was messing with on another trip.They are both from the capital.I find it weird that 2 chicas would have the same tattoe in the same place.Does anyone know what that tattoe means?

Dude you don't want to get a tattoo done in DR trust me.

Pay the extra money and have it done by a professional in the US.

My point exactly...if they are not keeping the pedicure instruments clean imagine all the blood born pathagens that you will contract from the needles.
