Dominican Miss Universe 2003, Amelia Vega is included in the list of 50 most beautiful women published by People Magazine, Spanish version. Jennifer Lopez was given the cover of the magazine. Other Dominicans on the list are TV show host Charytin Gopico, actresses Michelle Rodriguez and Zoe Saldana and Gio Williams who recently won Telemundo's reality show, New Voices of America.
To prepare the list, the magazine interviewed and photographed its chosen 50. The special was also televised.
